 April 1992 to July 1994 -- Total Quality Leadership Facilitator and Course Coordinator

 May 1984 to April 1992 -- Nuclear Engineering Supervisor

  Supervised and coordinated a team of nine nuclear (electronic and/or electrical) engineers to ensure compliance with all technical, radiological and administrative requirements for the overhaul and modification of the reactor plant nuclear electrical and electronic equipment .
